Common Questions

Can I try a class before I sign up? ▾
Yes. Book a free taster class to join a live lesson, meet a tutor and ask questions. There's no payment and no obligation.
Do I need any tech experience? ▾
No. Most of our programmes start from the fundamentals and are designed for complete beginners. Cloud Computing and Networking are easier with some IT background, but it isn't required.
Can I study while working full time? ▾
Yes. Our courses are part-time and taught live online, so they're designed for people who are working while they retrain. Expect around 10–12 hours a week: roughly 6 hours of live classes plus practice in your own time.
Is everything online? ▾
Yes. All classes, labs and projects are delivered online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. You'll need a laptop or desktop computer and a reliable internet connection.
I live outside the UK. Can I join? ▾
Yes. We're based in the UK, but all teaching is online and open to learners worldwide. Get in touch and we'll tell you which class times work for your time zone.
How long are the courses? ▾
Each course has two levels. Web Development and UI/UX Design run 3 months (Junior) or 6 months (Professional). Data Analysis & AI and Networking & IT Support run 4 or 7 months, Cloud Computing runs 5 or 8 months, and Cybersecurity runs 6 or 9 months.
When can I start? ▾
A new group starts every month, so you won't wait long. Get in touch for the next start date for your course.
What if I miss a class? ▾
Every live class is recorded, so you can catch up whenever suits you. This also helps if you're in a different time zone.
How big are the classes? ▾
No more than 12 learners per class, so your tutor knows you and your work. You also get a 1:1 check-in with your tutor every month.
Is the exam fee included? ▾
On our Professional programmes in Cybersecurity, Networking & IT Support and Cloud Computing, yes. We include a voucher for CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Can I cancel? ▾
Yes. You have 14 days from booking to cancel and get a refund. See our refund and cancellation policy for full details.
How much does it cost? ▾
Fees depend on the course and level you choose. Contact us and we'll send you current fees and payment options.
Will I get a job at the end? ▾
We can't guarantee a job, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is help you build practical skills, a portfolio of real projects and, on Professional programmes, give you CV, LinkedIn and interview support to make you a stronger candidate.
