Our leadership team brings together decades of experience in education, technology, and business, all united by a passion for advancing digital skills in Nigeria.
Fatai Adesiji is the patron and founding sponsor of BALTECH Computer Education. Holding an MBA and a distinguished background in business and public affairs, he has been the driving force behind BALTECH's establishment and sustained growth since 2013. His vision, that Nigeria's youth should have access to world-class digital skills training, remains the cornerstone of the institution's mission.
Abdulrahman Balogun leads BALTECH's operations and academic strategy as Chief Executive Officer. A practitioner with extensive experience in IT education and professional development, he is responsible for curriculum direction, institutional partnerships, and ensuring BALTECH graduates are equipped for the realities of today's technology industry. Under his leadership, BALTECH has grown into one of Lagos's most respected IT training institutes.
BALTECH's instructors are industry practitioners who bring real-world experience directly into the classroom, ensuring students learn skills that employers actually use.
Moshood is a senior member of BALTECH's teaching faculty with specialist expertise in web development, software engineering, and digital design. He brings practical industry experience to every session, ensuring students leave with work-ready skills and real project portfolios.
Ibraheem leads BALTECH's Networking and Cybersecurity programmes. With hands-on experience in network infrastructure and security operations, he prepares students for CCNA certification pathways and careers in enterprise IT and security.
